1. Deadlines for pre-reserved rooms

Deadlines are different for each Hotel.

May is a touristic season in Póvoa de Varzim, due to which the deadlines for the availability of the pre-reserved rooms are relatively early. From these reasons, we suggest to make reservation of the rooms as soon as possible.

After the deadline, by each particular hotel, the rooms availability is not guaranteed, even the full occupation is not reached by the particular deadline. However, some hotels may keep rooms availability for the 29th CIRP DESIGN 2019 participants after the deadline.
2. Procedure for room reservations

To have access to pre-reserved rooms you have to present to the hotel the hotel’s reservation code only.

You have to make reservations directly with the hotel selected via email.

The organising committee does not assume any responsibility for reservation policies, accommodation conditions, payments conditions, terms of cancellation, and service quality, which are all under the responsibility of each one hotel in particular.
